#1 - Move
A body in motion creates alot of motion.
20 minutes of exercise per day will change a child's life
20 minutes of exercise per day for 6 days a week will change your life
#2 - Care
Placing intention in ALL you do + exercise
Care about yourself and others
#3 - Give
Make change, be of service, make a difference
Giving what you can here and now brings positive energy
Change is hard!
#4 - Feed
How can a toxic person purify it's environment?
How can 6 billion people purify a beautiful blue planet that has only loved and care for them?
The solution is to purify ourselves.
#5 - Talk
Clarify your intention
Be a laser beam of focus
Find your calling and talk that
Speak your intention into creation
Example: Within the next 12 weeks I will let go of ___ lbs
Talking moves energy and creates intention
#6 - Know
All active verbs are a way of being
Doubt is part of the disease
Faith - Know - Confidence
Caring for others increases results 10x
Accept what you KNOW - Without Doubt!
#7 - Live
What about the 80% that experience a near-life experience
(think about this one)
#8 - Hear
Listen to yourself
(Your doubts and limits are what you speak to yourself 24 hours a day)
#9 - Heal
Find leading health and healing organizations today, like Hay House
Rest, recovery (part of the healing process)
Downtime is essential to your progress
#10- Grow
Growth involves pain, plus pleasure and satisfaction
Suffering is part of the process
You will experience some suffering, sacrifice and pain
Love is what You ARE
You become Love through transformation
